Santa's an extremely busy guy, visiting Santa happens by reservation only. Availability online reserves a pre-selected time between 30 minutes and 5 days in advance of your visit, through Christmas Eve. After arriving at the North Pole, Santa’s elves happily greet passengers coming into The Welcome Station. Santa’s little helpers are most informative about Macy's Santaland Experience, and prepare families for their special moment with none other than, Mr. Claus.

Santa's friendly elves will personally escort all of the delighted children into Santa Claus’s home, where the jolly old St. Nick awaits. There will undoubtedly be plenty of scenic photo ops as your family readies for their golden opportunity to share their Christmas wish list with Santa.



Each child receives a special little keepsake from Santa to commemorate their Macy's Santaland Experience visit. Santa is ready to greet children, whether they have been nice or not-so-nice, each day through Christmas Eve, at Macy's Herald Square in New York City, as well as Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco.

Macy's Santaland Experience is free and open to the public. Guests are able to save time by scheduling reservation, (one per customer) in advance to see Santa. One appointment is allowed per customer, please include every member of your party (adults and children) going into the attraction when making your reservation.
