I've recently become a new fan of drinking matcha tea for wellness. I added approximately one teaspoon of matcha green tea powder into my tea cup with a third of a cup of hot, not boiling water. Then, proceeding to stir the tea powder moderately with a bamboo whisk or spoon to mix the tea. Sediments of the powder will remain in a foam or froth which is to be expected of matcha tea and safe to drink if desired.
