Adding to my personal library and literary repetoire is an ongoing journey. Reading on the topic of faith and spirituality is always a rewarding experience. I am very grounded in my personal spiritual beliefs and have instilled in my children an appreciation for the dynamics of living a spritual life, grateful, respectful and supportive of the freedom for all to develop under their own perspectives or belief systems. Most recently, I was introduced to The Apologetics Study Bible for Students. The intention of studying with The Apologetics Study Bible is to serve as a foundation for younger Christians in the truths of biblical scripture by providing a foundation of understanding of core issues of their faith and life. Apologetics simply means giving reasons for believing in Christianity. It doesn’t mean making an apology, as if something is wrong with having faith, but rather offering an apology in the sense of explaining reasons for a commitment to Christ. Apologetics clarifies why it makes good sense to be a Christian.
According to research, studies indicate a significant decline in spiritual practices as teenagers mature into adulthood. The Apologetics Study Bible for Students aims to provide relevant researc to help these populations to best articulate beliefs and convictions. Developing a knowledge base of Christian Apologetics leads onto a greater understand of researched data in support of basic religious foundations. About The Apologetics Study Bible for Students

After rendering the most literal translation possible, they styled it to reflect modern English usage so as to amplify a reader’s understanding. In addition to the complete HCSB text and dozens of articles collected from today’s most popular youth leaders, including editor Sean McDowell, this new study Bible also includes:
