I recently learned that  1 in 30 American Children will face homelessness sometime this year. The reality of this fact is extremely disturbing, to say the least. With the help of generous supporters, Project Night Night donates over 25,000 Night Night Packages each year to homeless children ages 12 and under in need of comforting essentials providing a source of security and age appropriate reading materials during a time of transition. Each Project Night Night care package contains a new security blanket, an age-appropriate children's book, and a stuffed animal in their own canvas tote bag. Comfort items such as these, provide comfort, help reduce trauma and advance the emotional and cognitive well-being of the children served through Project Night Night.
