Will we always win in our efforts to treat others with kindness? By no means is this possible. Revisiting the beginning of the process, we are humans. Each day I grow stronger and more powerful as I am challenged to play my position with kindness. Did I mention that one of my positions is as mom to a teenager? Yeah, life happens like that and is not always fair. So, many days I bite my tongue and kill 'em with kindness. The power of kindness can also be in allowing others to believe that they have the power in the situation.
