Rant Alert - Lost items can send me off like a whirling, twirling tornado-lady dismantling our home, room by unsuspecting room. How can a ninth grader lose a pair of shoes? The statement I lost my shoes (or any other missing essential item), simply does not translate to logic in my rational mind. Therefore the irrational dismantling of life as we know it ensues. Really? You lost your shoes. Your shoes?I'm not sure if it makes more sense for him to have lost only one shoe or both shoes. Moving forward, we have a new plan of action.
