When the Kids Are Away Moms Will Play #MomTruths

That's insane! I just can't believe you! That's soooo you! Prepare for loads of laughter while repeat these words over and over again, while you're sitting around the dining room table with cluttered with snacks (the junk food kind) with my mom friends. The stories we reveal to each other are both absolutely unbelievable, yet totally expected all at the same time. Game on! We're about to lose control (and our minds) while we forget about carpool pickups, science fair projects, and shopping trip runs as we get really real playing Cat & Nat's hilarious, moms-only game, when the kids are away, moms will play Mom Truths.

When the Kids Are Away Moms Will Play MomTruths

"With seven kids between the two of them, Cat & Nat know just how lonely and isolating motherhood can be. So, they set out on a mission to bring women and moms together by hosting dinner parties and events - with wine and without babies. The events garnered huge success in Toronto and were talked about all over, leading Cat & Nat to take things to the next level and break into the online world to reach more people and connect women and moms everywhere.

Cat & Nat's rapidly-exploding community of like-minded moms tune in every day to watch them rewrite the paradigm of “the perfect mom.” With honesty and humor, Cat & Nat dismantle the unrealistic portrayals of motherhood that are often presented throughout social and traditional medias. Through their virally famous #MomTruths, which have garnered hundreds of millions of views around the world, and their daily Facebook Live show, Cat & Nat share everything moms think but are too afraid to talk about."

Mom Truths Game

"Cat & Nat have been sharing their hilarious #MomTruths for years and now they are bringing the real, honest, fun to this amazing card game.  Whether you're a mom, married to a mom, have a mom, or are best friends with a mom, this game is sure to make you pee your pants.

Now it's your turn to come up with your own #MomTruths.  Put the kids to bed, send the dads away, assemble your closest girlfriends, grab your favorite cocktail and get ready for a hilarious evening with the Mom Truths Game!"

Motherhood is no easy task. Moms need to know that we are here to support one another. Living a lifestyle where each day's theme is "expect the unexpected". Too often it seems like there's not a single person capable of understanding your struggles. I've come to realize that we are not alone, we just separated. Best friends, Cat and Nat wrote the book on bringing moms together in honest laughter to bridge the gap.

Never underestimate the truth in the often quoted saying, "it takes a village to raise a child". We all need a little help from time to time and it's not a sign of weakness, it's a reality of life. Struggling with this mom truth myself, I can admit that far too many times I became overwhelmed by attempting to do everything, be everywhere, and please everyone else.

Reach out to other mamas to build your mom circle to help one another out whenever and however possible. Talk to other mommies at school, around the neighborhood, family, and your girlfriends to get to know one another. These will be the mom friends you'd chose to gather together for Mom Truths fun times because, if you missed the memo- when the kids are away, the moms will play!
