Easy No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Perfect for a quick, no-bake treat, these treats are delicious and taste just like peanut butter cups. 🍫🥜
Ingredients
1 Cup Peanut Butter (or alternative)
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Ground Oats or Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Mix the ingredients In a bowl combining peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla.
1 Cup Peanut Butter (or alternative)
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Ground Oats or Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Mix the ingredients In a bowl combining peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla.
Stir in ground oats or graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
Press ingredients evenly press down into an 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter base and cool for about an hour or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
